Throw all marinade stuff in a bowl and stir well. Pour the mix into a container you can seal or a food bag.

Drop chicken thighs into your marinade mix. Let them sit for 1 hour at least but leave them overnight if you want the best taste.

Heat your oven to 355°F. Put the chicken on a tray or dish with parchment or foil under it. Save the leftover marinade for later.

Cook for 35 minutes total, brushing the chicken with saved marinade every 10 minutes. Chicken's done when it hits 165°F inside or the juices aren't pink anymore.

Let chicken cool for 5 minutes. While waiting, put any leftover marinade in a small pot, heat it up till it bubbles, then turn off the heat. Pour this over your chicken when serving.
