Maple Bacon Carrots (Print Version)

01 - ¼ cup of maple syrup
02 - 1 pound of bacon slices, thin cut
03 - 2 pounds of carrots, less than half an inch thick, with the skins removed

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - Starting at the thicker end of the carrot, tightly coil one bacon slice around it. Make sure the bacon edges don't overlap.
03 - Put the carrots wrapped in bacon onto a wire rack that sits on a baking sheet.
04 - Pop the carrots in the oven for about 25 minutes. The bacon should get crispy, and the carrots soft.
05 - Take the carrots out and coat them evenly with the maple syrup.
06 - Put them back in for another 8-10 minutes to finish cooking.
07 - Enjoy them while they're hot!
