Big Mac Inspired Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Prep

01 - 1 lb ground beef (lean)
02 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp pepper (black)
05 - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

→ Special Sauce Ingredients

06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
07 - 2 tbsp ketchup
08 - 2 tbsp finely grated onion
09 - 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
10 - 2 tsp mustard (yellow)
11 - 1 tsp white vinegar
12 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

→ Wrap Toppings

13 - 2 cups lettuce, shredded
14 - 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
15 - 4 small flour tortillas (6-inch)
16 - 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
17 - 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded
18 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the mayo, onion, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika until totally smooth. Cover, then chill it in the fridge while you handle the rest.
02 - In a big skillet, toss the beef over medium heat. Break it apart into crumbles as it cooks. Pour out any grease when it's no longer pink.
03 - Sprinkle on the seasoning—salt, pepper, Worcestershire, garlic powder—and stir to get everything evenly combined.
04 - Spread out the tortillas. Layer them with lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and an even portion of the beef mixture. Top with a drizzle of your homemade sauce.
05 - Roll the tortillas burrito-style. If they're coming undone, secure with a toothpick. Dive in while they're warm!

# Notes:

01 - This dish brings Big Mac vibes but takes way less effort!
02 - Don’t want to make the sauce? Thousand Island dressing works in a pinch.
03 - Swap the beef for turkey or chicken to keep it lighter.
04 - Wraps stay good up to 3 days in the fridge, but they’re tastiest fresh.
05 - Sauce can chill in the fridge (airtight container) for 10 days.
