Buttery Garlic Wing Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wing Seasoning

01 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
02 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
03 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

→ Main Ingredients

04 - 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings, cut into drumettes and flats (tips thrown away)

→ Garlic Parmesan Sauce

05 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped small
08 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed and diced
09 - 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
10 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

# Instructions:

01 - Crank your oven up to 425°F to get it good and hot. Meanwhile, grab a small bowl and mix up the sea salt, cumin, and oregano for your wing coating.
02 - Lay your wings out on a baking sheet and sprinkle your spice mix all over them. Stick them on the bottom rack and let them cook for around 15-20 minutes until they start crisping up.
03 - While the wings are roasting, whip up your tasty coating. Combine your seasoning salt, grated parmesan, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, and melted butter in a bowl.
04 - Pull those partially cooked wings out and roll them in your garlic parmesan mix until they're totally covered. Stick them back in for another 15-20 minutes until they're crispy and fully cooked. Serve right away!

02 - They're awesome for watching sports or whenever you want fancy wings without leaving home.
