Shred the cheese, dice the tomatoes, and chop the lettuce. Have all your items out so you’re set to build fast.

Spread out a tortilla. Add 1/2 cup of lettuce, 1/2 cup of chicken pieces, 1/2 cup of cheese, 1 tablespoon of ranch, 1 tablespoon of chipotle sauce, 2 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes, and 1/3 cup of crispy tortilla strips on top.

Fold in the edges of the tortilla, then roll it up snug into the shape of a burrito.

Warm a skillet over medium heat. Place the seam side of the burrito down first, and grill each side until it's crispy and lightly browned.
