Chipotle Ranch Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Essentials

01 - 3 oz crispy tortilla strips (or crushed tortilla chips if that's what you have)
02 - 8 large flour tortillas (around 10 inches each)
03 - 16 oz grilled chicken breast slices
04 - 1 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes (roughly 3/4 of a beefsteak tomato)
05 - 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese (Mexican blend or Colby jack work great)
06 - Half a head of iceberg lettuce (about 4 cups, diced)

→ Dressings

07 - 1/2 cup Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce
08 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Shred the cheese, dice the tomatoes, and chop the lettuce. Have all your items out so you’re set to build fast.
02 - Spread out a tortilla. Add 1/2 cup of lettuce, 1/2 cup of chicken pieces, 1/2 cup of cheese, 1 tablespoon of ranch, 1 tablespoon of chipotle sauce, 2 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes, and 1/3 cup of crispy tortilla strips on top.
03 - Fold in the edges of the tortilla, then roll it up snug into the shape of a burrito.
04 - Warm a skillet over medium heat. Place the seam side of the burrito down first, and grill each side until it's crispy and lightly browned.
