Effortless Mango Iced Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of hot water
02 - 1 cup of pureed mango—use fresh or defrosted frozen
03 - 2 to 3 black tea bags
04 - Sweetener, like honey, to your liking

# Instructions:

01 - Let frozen mango sit out for half an hour to defrost. If you're using fresh mango, cut it into pieces and remove the skin.
02 - Take those mango chunks and blend them until they've turned into a smooth puree in a blender or processor.
03 - Place the tea bags in a container and pour hot water over them. Cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes.
04 - Take out the tea bags and stir your pureed mango into the tea. Aim for 2 parts brewed tea to 1 part puree.
05 - Pop the mixture into the fridge, cover it up, and let it cool off for about 30 minutes.
06 - Use a sieve or cheesecloth to filter out any mango bits. Squeeze to get all the liquid you can.
07 - Sweeten it your way, using honey or any sweetener you like best. Pour it over ice and enjoy.
