Cod with Ginger Glaze (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds cod fillets
02 - 1 teaspoon olive oil

→ Sweet Ginger Soy Blend

03 - ⅓ cup honey
04 - ½ cup soy sauce
05 - ½ cup rice vinegar
06 - 1 garlic clove
07 - 1 2-inch chunk fresh ginger
08 - ½ cup diced parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Throw all sauce ingredients into your blender and pulse until everything's smooth and combined.
02 - Sprinkle salt and pepper generously across both sides of the cod. Pour most of your sauce over the fish, but save about 2 tablespoons for later. Let it soak anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
03 - Heat the olive oil in a big pan and cook the fish about 3 minutes on each side until it's golden brown.
04 - Pour your leftover sauce on top and sprinkle with parsley if you want.
