18 - 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
19 - Zest from 1 lemon
20 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

→ Garlic Butter Dill Sauce

21 - 4 tbsps butter (unsalted and melted)
22 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
23 - 1 tbsp minced garlic

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (about 175°C).
02 - Toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay, Italian seasoning, and black pepper in a bowl. Give everything a gentle stir so the spices coat each shrimp evenly.
03 - Stir together the crab meat, spinach, artichokes, mayo, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, dried spices, lemon juice, and zest in another bowl. Mix until it’s all smoothly combined.
04 - Lay the shrimp flat on a baking sheet with the opened side up. Take spoonfuls of the filling and pack them into the shrimp carefully. Press down lightly to keep the stuffing in place.
05 - Put the shrimp in your preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. They’re done when you see the shrimp turn pink and the filling is golden and bubbly.
06 - While the shrimp bake, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. Toss in the garlic and cook for about a minute until it smells good (but don’t let it brown). Take it off the heat and stir in the dill.
07 - Take the stuffed shrimp out of the oven and pour the garlic butter sauce over them right before serving. Serve warm either as a starter or part of your meal.

# Notes:

01 - These stuffed shrimp are perfect as a fancy starter or as part of the main meal with pasta or rice.
02 - Crab meat isn't necessary—just go with spinach and artichoke for the filling if you'd rather.
03 - Want it lighter? Swap the mayo for some light cream cheese or Greek yogurt.
