Take burrata balls out of liquid and put them aside

Cut heirloom tomatoes into 1/2 inch pieces and place on plate with sides touching. Throw cherry tomatoes around them

Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper, then add 1 tablespoon olive oil on top

Cut up basil leaves and toss half of them over the tomatoes

Gently break open each burrata ball with your fingers and set on the tomato mix

Add salt and pepper to burrata, pour remaining olive oil, add leftover basil, and drizzle balsamic vinegar over everything
