Turn on your oven and set it to 400F (200C). Cover a big baking tray with parchment paper so nothing sticks.

Grab three asparagus spears, wrap a piece of bacon around them, and repeat. Put them on the tray, brush with some melted butter, and sprinkle salt and pepper over them.

Pop the bacon-wrapped asparagus into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the bacon looks crispy and golden.

Take the tray out of the oven and brush the bundles with balsamic vinegar for a tangy twist.
