Crunchy Veggie Pork Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1 tablespoon oil
02 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
03 - 1 pound ground pork
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
07 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
09 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
11 - 1½ cups tricolor coleslaw mix

→ For Assembly

12 - 8 spring roll wrappers
13 - Cooking spray
14 - Water for sealing

# Instructions:

01 - Warm oil in a pan over medium-high flame. Brown the sesame seeds first, then throw in pork and cook until no longer pink. Mix in all spices, liquids, and flavorings, letting everything bubble until most moisture is gone. Toss in coleslaw and stir until it softens.
02 - Set each wrapper down so it looks like a diamond. Put about 2-3 spoonfuls of your meat mix in the middle, spreading it out sideways.
03 - Dampen the wrapper edges. Bring the side corners to the middle, then pull the bottom corner up and roll forward snugly, pushing out any air bubbles. Use water to stick it closed.
04 - Give your air fryer basket a light coating of oil spray. Arrange your rolls inside, then mist them with oil too. Cook at 380°F for about 8 minutes, turning them over halfway until they're nice and golden.
05 - Let your spring rolls sit for 5-10 minutes before you dig in.

# Notes:

01 - These air-fried treats give you all the crunch without the deep-fried guilt.
02 - Don't skip the sealing step or your filling might escape during cooking.
