First, turn your oven on to 350°F. This gentle heat works great for slowly making our chips nice and crisp.

Put parchment paper on your baking tray. This stops the chips from getting stuck and helps them turn out crunchier.

Take spoonfuls of cottage cheese and drop them on your covered tray about an inch from each other. Gently push each one down with the back of your spoon.

Shake some of that yummy bagel spice over each chip. Then stick them in the oven for around 45 minutes until you notice the edges turning golden and crunchy.
