Crunchy Cottage Cheese Bites (Print Version)

01 - ¾ cup low-fat cottage cheese (go for the drier type to make them extra crunchy!)
02 - 1 tablespoon bagel spice blend for that yummy savory flavor

# Instructions:

01 - First, turn your oven on to 350°F. This gentle heat works great for slowly making our chips nice and crisp.
02 - Put parchment paper on your baking tray. This stops the chips from getting stuck and helps them turn out crunchier.
03 - Take spoonfuls of cottage cheese and drop them on your covered tray about an inch from each other. Gently push each one down with the back of your spoon.
04 - Shake some of that yummy bagel spice over each chip. Then stick them in the oven for around 45 minutes until you notice the edges turning golden and crunchy.
