Crunchy Zucchini Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2-3 zucchini, sliced into finger-length sticks
02 - ½ cup all-purpose flour

→ Coating Mixture

03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
05 - 2 tablespoons mixed Italian herbs
06 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
07 - ½ teaspoon table salt

→ Egg Wash

08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1 tablespoon tap water

→ For Cooking

10 - Cooking spray (olive oil)

# Instructions:

01 - Slice zucchini into stick shapes. Toss them in a bag with the flour and give it a good shake for even coverage.
02 - Throw together the panko, parmesan, Italian herbs, powdered garlic and salt in a bowl.
03 - Beat the eggs and water together in a smaller bowl until well combined.
04 - Take your floured zucchini and dunk them in the egg mixture first, then roll them in the panko mix.
05 - Lightly coat your air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange zucchini inside, spray them lightly, and cook at 350°F for about 7-12 minutes until they're crispy and golden.
