Turn your grill (or indoor pan) to medium-high so it's nice and hot. This is key to getting that grilling magic!

Slice up the zucchini, onion, and bell pepper if you haven’t done so yet. Drizzle them lightly with olive oil and toss with a dash of salt and pepper so they cook perfectly.

Put the seasoned veggies on the grill and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Flip them halfway to get a good char on both sides. Then take them off to cool slightly.

For extra flavor, heat your tortillas on the grill for roughly a minute per side to soften and lightly crisp them.

Spread hummus over each tortilla. Layer your greens, olives, feta, and grilled veggies on top. Roll them tightly, slice in half if you’d like, and dig into your tasty handheld meal!
