Fill a pot with enough water to submerge eggs completely. Heat until bubbling. Lay two mason jar rings flat on the bottom

Switch off the heat, break eggs inside rings. Put the lid on and let them sit for 5 minutes (4 for super runny, 4:30 for soft-set, over 5 for firmer centers)
