# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb jumbo or large shrimp, cleaned and peeled
02 - 2 tbsp neutral-flavored olive oil
03 - 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
04 - 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 2 red chilies, diced
06 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
07 - 1/2 tsp sea salt, adjust to your taste
08 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the butter and olive oil in a big frying pan. Heat it up on high until the butter's bubbly and hot.
02 - Toss the shrimp into the hot pan in one layer. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper. Let them cook for 2–3 minutes till they look pinkish, golden, and get crisp edges.
03 - Turn the shrimp over and let them sear for about 2 minutes more. Add seasoning again to this side.
04 - Mix in the garlic, red chilies, and parsley. Stir everything, letting the heat bring out the aroma. Let it cook for half a minute till the garlic's fragrant. Be careful not to overcook and burn it.
05 - Take off the heat and serve right away while it's warm. You can have it alone, toss it on rice, or pair it with a side of steamed veggies.
