Ridiculously Delicious Beet Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beet Lemonade Needs

01 - 6 cups of water
02 - Ice cubes for serving
03 - Half a cup of beet juice, or blend 2 medium beets, peeled and chopped
04 - 1/2 cup of your choice of sweetener like honey, syrup, or sugar
05 - 1 cup of lemon juice (about 5 lemons squeezed)

# Instructions:

01 - Attach the shredding blade to your food processor and shred the beet pieces. Once you have around a cup of shredded beet, add 4 cups of water and blend. Strain the blend through a fine sieve into a bowl, pressing with the spoon to get as much juice as possible.
02 - In a big pitcher, mix the beet juice, lemon juice, sweetener, and 2 cups of water. Stir well, give it a taste, and tweak it if you want it sweeter, tarter, or lighter. Pop it in the fridge until cold. To drink, pour it over some ice, and enjoy the refreshment!
