Crispy Parmesan Broccoli Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons Parmesan, shredded fresh
02 - A big pinch of salt and pepper
03 - 4 garlic cloves, finely diced
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder
05 - Half a teaspoon of onion seasoning
06 - A generous 3/4 cup of shredded Parmesan
07 - 1/2 a teaspoon of chili seasoning
08 - Blended Italian dried herbs, 1/2 a teaspoon
09 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
10 - Peel and slice 4 broccoli stalks

11 - Quick Tzatziki (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 425℉ and let it heat up.
02 - Grab the peeled broccoli stalks and slice them into slim, even sticks.
03 - In a big bowl, mix olive oil, 3 tablespoons of Parmesan, garlic, paprika, chili seasoning, onion powder, and herb blend.
04 - Toss the broccoli sticks in the mixture, making sure they're covered. Then press one side into the grated Parmesan.
05 - Lay the sticks cheese-side down on a baking tray. Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden. Air fryer? Set it at 400℉ and cook for 8 minutes instead.
