# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 375°F. Set out ungreased cookie sheets for baking.
02 - Beat the soft butter, peanut butter, and both sugars in a large bowl until fluffy and pale. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Slowly add flour, baking soda, and baking powder, stirring until you've got a smooth dough.
03 - Take small bits of dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Coat each ball fully in extra sugar. Put them on cookie sheets with 2 inches between each.
04 - Pop in the oven for 8-10 minutes until edges turn light golden. Right after taking them out, push a Kiss into each hot cookie's middle. Move cookies to a cooling rack immediately.

# Notes:

01 - A cookie scoop makes sure all your treats are the same size for even baking
02 - Don't rush - let cookies sit on the hot pan for 1-2 minutes before sticking the chocolates on top
03 - You can freeze these goodies for up to 3 months if stored in a sealed container
