# Instructions:

01 - Throw the eggs, milk, melted butter, cottage cheese, and maple syrup into a blender. Blend everything until it's super smooth—no chunky bits at all!
02 - Take your flour and baking powder, then slowly mix them into the wet blend. Don’t over-stir—just blend until it’s a bit thick but still easy to pour.
03 - Feeling creative? This is your moment! Add some banana chunks, a handful of chocolate chips, or juicy blueberries to the batter.
04 - Warm up a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan to make your preferred pancake size. Let it cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles pop on the surface, flip, then cook for another 2 minutes until the underside is nicely golden.
05 - Pile your fresh-cooked pancakes on a plate, add whatever toppings make you happy—like syrup, fruit, or a dusting of cinnamon—and enjoy while they’re still hot.
