Fill a pot with water, let it bubble up and cook your pasta following the box timing.

Fry the minced beef in a wide pan until brown. Pour off the extra fat and put meat back in.

Throw in dark soy, sweet bean paste, meat stock, dark sugar, ginger, garlic, and both peppers with the beef. Mix everything together well.

Dump your drained pasta into the meat pan and mix until sauce covers everything. Sprinkle with sliced scallions if you feel like it.
