Speedy Asian Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein & Pasta

01 - 1 pound minced beef
02 - 16 ounces pasta strands or asian noodles

→ Glaze

03 - 1/3 cup dark soy
04 - 1/3 cup sweet bean paste
05 - 2/3 cup meat stock
06 - 1/4 cup dark sugar

→ Flavorings

07 - 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
08 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped small
09 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
10 - 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
11 - Sliced scallions for topping (if you want)

# Instructions:

01 - Fill a pot with water, let it bubble up and cook your pasta following the box timing.
02 - Fry the minced beef in a wide pan until brown. Pour off the extra fat and put meat back in.
03 - Throw in dark soy, sweet bean paste, meat stock, dark sugar, ginger, garlic, and both peppers with the beef. Mix everything together well.
04 - Dump your drained pasta into the meat pan and mix until sauce covers everything. Sprinkle with sliced scallions if you feel like it.

01 - Make it hotter by tossing in extra chili flakes
02 - Pick light soy to cut down on sodium
