Spicy Cajun Penne Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound diced chicken breast chunks, about 1-inch big
02 - 12 ounces penne noodles

→ Sauce

03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with fire roast flavor

→ Seasonings

05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon Cajun spice mix
07 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Pour olive oil into a big skillet and warm over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then fry for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden.
02 - Toss in your fire-roasted tomatoes and Cajun spices with the chicken. Stir everything together and let it bubble for 3-5 minutes with no lid.
03 - Add your heavy cream and let it warm up for 1-2 minutes. Mix in your already cooked pasta and sprinkle fresh parsley on top before you serve.
