02 - 1.5 lbs of cleaned, thawed, and peeled large shrimp

→ Flavorings & Spices

03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 1 tsp black pepper
06 - 1 tsp salt

→ Sauce Mix

07 - 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
08 - 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
09 - 1/4 cup of heavy cream
10 - 1 tbsp Gochujang paste

→ Fresh Additions & Basics

11 - 2 tbsp of butter (unsalted)
12 - 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan
13 - Optional toasted sesame seeds for topping
14 - 1 tbsp olive oil
15 - 1 tbsp finely minced garlic
16 - 2 limes
17 - 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Set your grill to medium (around 350°F) and heat it while you handle the shrimp prep.
02 - Mix the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Squeeze juice from half a lime over the shrimp and drop the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes to marinate. While waiting, soak wooden skewers in water so they don't burn.
03 - Thread the shrimp onto skewers and cook them on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side until they're pink and no longer translucent. Squeeze on some extra lime juice before serving.
04 - Fill a big pot with water, bring it to a boil, and toss in the ramen noodles. Let them cook uncovered for about 5 minutes until they're just done. Drain, but leave them unwashed so the sauce grips better.
05 - Place a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter, and stir in the minced garlic. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes just until it smells amazing, but don’t let it brown.
06 - Add the Gochujang paste, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and heavy cream. Whisk everything together until it turns smooth and creamy.
07 - Toss in the Parmesan and parsley and stir until the cheese is melted and fully blended into the sauce.
08 - Add the ramen noodles and grilled shrimp into the creamy sauce and mix until evenly coated and warmed through. Add sesame seeds on top if you'd like and serve with lime wedges for an extra kick.
