Crunchy Spiced Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wings & Coating

01 - 2 pounds chicken wings (split wings/drummettes)
02 - 1/3 to 1/2 cup regular flour, just enough to cover completely

→ Dry Rub Seasoning

03 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - Salt and pepper as needed
09 - Cooking spray with olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Grab your chicken wings and dry them well with paper towels, then toss them into a big bowl or zip-top bag.
02 - Mix your flour with all the seasonings and toss the wings until they're totally covered. Don't leave any spots bare - throw in more mix if you need to.
03 - Turn your oven on to 375°F. Put parchment on your baking sheet, lay out the wings, and lightly spray them with olive oil.
04 - Pop them in for 20 minutes, then flip them over and spray again. Keep cooking about 10 more minutes until they're nice and crispy with an inside temp of 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - Regular paprika works fine but the smoked kind really gives these wings extra flavor punch
02 - Want them hotter? Just add 1 to 1½ teaspoons of Sriracha, cayenne, or Cajun spice mix
03 - Don't skimp on salt - it really wakes up all the other flavors in the mix
