2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

5-6 ounces of fresh baby spinach leaves

Pour the olive oil into a big pan and warm it over medium heat.

Toss in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms soften.

Mix in the baby spinach along with the salt and pepper. Cook just until the spinach begins to soften.
