Grab your steaks from the fridge and let them sit out for about 10-15 minutes. Cut away extra fat if you want to.

Set your air fryer to 400°F and give it about 5-10 minutes to get hot.

Coat the steaks with oil then sprinkle plenty of salt and pepper or any spices you like best.

Put your seasoned steaks in the hot air fryer. Cook them for 10 minutes if you want medium-rare, 12 for medium, or 14 if you prefer medium-well.

While your steaks are cooking, stir together the soft butter with the chopped garlic and parsley.

When done, pull out the steaks and let them cool down for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Add a dollop of garlic butter on top and dig in!
