Garlic Butter Air Fryer Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak

01 - 2 striploin steaks (about 1-inch thick)
02 - 1 tablespoon regular cooking oil
03 - Pepper and salt, freshly ground

→ Garlic Butter

04 - 2 tablespoons salted butter, softened
05 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Grab your steaks from the fridge and let them sit out for about 10-15 minutes. Cut away extra fat if you want to.
02 - Set your air fryer to 400°F and give it about 5-10 minutes to get hot.
03 - Coat the steaks with oil then sprinkle plenty of salt and pepper or any spices you like best.
04 - Put your seasoned steaks in the hot air fryer. Cook them for 10 minutes if you want medium-rare, 12 for medium, or 14 if you prefer medium-well.
05 - While your steaks are cooking, stir together the soft butter with the chopped garlic and parsley.
06 - When done, pull out the steaks and let them cool down for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Add a dollop of garlic butter on top and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Bringing steaks to room temp helps them cook more evenly
02 - Don't skip warming up your air fryer first for the best outcome
03 - Store any leftover meat in your fridge for 3-4 days or stick it in the freezer for up to 3 months
