Grab a small bowl and toss in the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Stir until everything's combined.

Let this mix sit for 5 minutes or so to break down and get juicy. If you want, prep it ahead of time and keep it chilled in a sealed container.

Pop your bread slices in a toaster or toast them up in a pan until they’re crispy and golden brown.

Take 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese and spread it evenly over all the toasted bread slices.

Stir the strawberry mixture again – it should be juicy by now. Spoon the mixture and the juices generously over the cream cheese on each toast.
