01 - 1 batch tahini dressing
02 - 2 big cucumbers (roughly 10 oz each)

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions to make the tahini dressing from the provided reference.
02 - Slice the cucumbers into ribbons using a spiralizer. Toss a pinch of salt over them and let them sit in a colander to drain any extra water.
03 - Dry the cucumber ribbons with paper towels, share them evenly across plates, and pour the tahini dressing on top generously.

# Notes:

01 - You’ll end up with around 3 cups of cucumber ribbons if you let them soften during draining. Skip draining, and you’ll have 4 cups of crunchier noodles.
02 - Each serving is about 3/4 cup or a fourth of the total batch.
