# Ingredients:

→ Fruit Salad

01 - 1 large green apple, diced
02 - 6-8 mint leaves, chopped finely
03 - 3 peeled and sliced kiwis
04 - 2 cups of green seedless grapes
05 - 2 cups of honeydew melon cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Put the diced apple, melon cubes, grapes, and sliced kiwi in a big bowl. Give everything a light toss until it's well combined.
02 - Scatter the finely chopped mint over the mixed fruit. Toss it gently one more time, making sure the mint is spread out evenly.
03 - You can eat it right away or pop it in the fridge until you're ready. It's best eaten within a few hours so it's fresh and tasty.

# Notes:

01 - This gorgeous all-green fruit salad is not only yummy but looks amazing at events like St. Patrick's Day or when you need something vibrant.
02 - You can make this up to four hours before serving, but be aware the apple might start browning a bit.
03 - If you want to keep the apple looking fresh longer, toss the chunks with a splash of lemon juice before mixing it in.
04 - Mint gives this salad a cool, refreshing balance to the fruit’s natural sweetness. Skip it if it’s not your thing!
