Cheesy Pepperoni Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 14-16 ounces of pizza dough, either homemade or store-bought

→ Stuffing

02 - 1/2 cup of diced pepperoni
03 - 2 cups of shredded mozzarella

→ Garlic Butter Topping

04 - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasonings

→ Extras

07 - Optional: Parmesan cheese, grated
08 - Use marinara on the side for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 400°F to preheat.
02 - Flatten the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 10 by 14 inches. Scatter shredded mozzarella and pepperoni pieces evenly all over it.
03 - Starting with the longer side, roll the dough up snugly like a jelly roll. Slice into 1-inch sections using a serrated knife or pizza cutter.
04 - Lay the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment or lightly greased. Stir the Italian seasoning and garlic powder into the melted butter, then brush it onto the top of each roll.
05 - Pop the rolls into the oven for 10 minutes, or until they’re golden on top. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if you like and serve warm alongside marinara sauce.
