Spicy Chicken White Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cajun Grilled Chicken

01 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
02 - 1 teaspoon Cajun spice mix
03 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - Olive oil for the grill

→ Alabama White Sauce

07 - 1/2 cup mayo
08 - 1/4 cup creamy horseradish
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
11 - 1/2 teaspoon spicy sauce
12 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic
13 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
14 - Chopped fresh parsley as garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Mix up the Cajun spice, smoked paprika, powdered garlic, and ground pepper in a small bowl. Pat this mix all over your chicken breasts.
02 - Get your grill nice and hot. Add some olive oil to the grates so nothing sticks. Throw the chicken on and let it cook about 4-5 minutes each side until it's fully done.
03 - Grab another bowl and dump in the mayo, creamy horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire, spicy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix it all together until smooth.
04 - Cut up your grilled chicken into slices. Pour the Alabama white sauce over the top or on the side. Sprinkle with some fresh parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Want more flavor? Let the chicken sit in the spice mix for at least 30 minutes before you grill it
02 - Always check your chicken with a meat thermometer - you want it at 165°F (74°C) inside
03 - Make your sauce milder or spicier by changing how much hot sauce you add
04 - This tastes great with some roasted veggies or mashed potatoes on the side
